Orders placed this week (1st June – 7th June)
We will still be accepting orders this week, and the delivery time-frame is gradually returning towards normal levels. We are still unable to offer next day delivery at this time. Orders are currently experiencing delays of up to 3-4 extra working days.
Please note that orders will be dispatched on a first in, first out basis. We are currently predicting a small delay to orders next week due to our team availability and social distancing requirements.
We have been made aware by APC our current courier that they are working with a significant backlog, and that as a result many deliveries are delayed.

Please contact us by email – [email protected] and we will update you as quickly as possible. Please do not call for order tracking as our office team are working from home and unable to access the courier systems.
Please note that as of 24th March, we are currently operating our dispatch warehouse as normal. We’ve been made aware by our couriers that some orders will be delayed due to the huge demand on their networks. Please note at this time we are unable to guarantee next day deliveries. We are aiming for all orders to be dispatched on time, but please allow 2-3 extra working days for delivery.

Update 1pm, 24th March: We’ve added the option for you to select a non urgent order at the checkout – whilst we still send your order using express courier, it may not leave our warehouse for up to 5 working days. This will allow us to prioritise urgent orders and clear through any backlog. Many thanks for your continued support!
Update 9am, 25th March: We are still dispatching as usual. Next day delivery is currently restricted as detailed above. Thank you for your continued patience and support!
Update 12pm, 27th March: We are still accepting orders for dispatch – next day orders are not guaranteed due to courier and capacity restrictions. If you still choose the next day options at the checkout, we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible but delivery is likely to take longer than usual.
Update 11am, 30th March: Dispatching orders as normal. Next Day service not guaranteed due to courier restrictions. Growmore stock due 31st March.
Update 12pm, 31st March: Orders are still leaving our warehouse, with the majority of orders placed of the weekend currently within their delivery estimates. Courier delays seem to be improving as the initial spike in demand has reduced. Thank you for your continued patience.
