We are all in this unusual situation together. It’s been weeks already since life for many was anything like normal. We just wanted to take a moment and thank everyone who’s helping keep the country going, especially those in the NHS, the emergency services, the delivery drivers, the supermarket teams and anyone who’s helping keep us all safe.
We’re very fortunate that we’ve been able to keep working to help keep your lawns green and gardens great. We couldn’t do it without our amazing team in the warehouse who are working tirelessly to keep preparing your orders. Everyone is working harder than ever to keep safe whilst dealing with the extra orders the lock-down is generating for us. Thank you to all our team’s families, boyfriends, girlfriends, brothers, sisters, parents and partners – thank you for being so supportive, it’s really helped us all out. So thank you to our team too!
Thank you to all the delivery drivers who are doing their best to get your orders safely delivered to you. They’re working longer than usual days and dealing with more parcels than they’ve ever seen, so please give them a massive wave and a smile when they drop off your parcel. APC are overwhelmed by the volume of parcels we’re asking them to deliver, but they haven’t and won’t give up. Thank you for being patient and kind to them.
Finally, thank you to all of our customers! We know that you’re deliveries aren’t turning up as fast as usual, but thank you for being patient with us and for all your kind messages of support. Everyone here is doing everything they can to get you what you want when you need it.
Like anyone, we don’t know how long we’re going to be in this situation, but we’re going to keep everyone safe and do our best for as long as we can.
